What we store. The email and name from your Google sign-in, plus the businesses you analyze and the reports you save. Saved reports are visible only to your account.

AI processing. To create an analysis, the business name or link you enter, and any related text, is sent to Google's Gemini API. On Gemini's free tier, Google may use that content to improve its products. Please don't enter confidential or personal information.

Activity. To improve the product and keep it running well, we record when you sign in, where you click, how long you spend in each part of the portal, and where you leave. We never record what you type or the business names you search. Proof to Profit staff can see this activity; saved reports stay private to your account.

Access. Proof to Profit is invite-only. Your account's daily usage is counted so the service stays fair for everyone.

Your data. To have your saved reports or account removed, contact the person who invited you.
